We, at Nedbank in conjunction with Old Mutual Trust's Fiduciary Services, not only have access to sophisticated software to ensure a smooth, fully integrated administration process, but will also undertake the following tasks when engaged in the executor process:

• Confirm the extent of the estate and details to all interested and affected parties;
• Make sure that all the estate's assets are securely held and properly insured;
• Dispose of assets if required by the Will or if there is a cash shortfall in the estate;
• Ensure all tax obligations of the estate (including the deceased) is attended to and finalised; and
• Ensure timely submission of the liquidation and distribution account to the Master of the High Court.
